Interesting idea this...merging the murky worlds of kaiju and bootlegging or merely cashing on the growing hoardes of 'kaiju' collectors in the same way KFGU did? I'm thinking it falls into the grey area inbetween as this Mishka piece was sculpted by LamourSupreme and is being produced by Adfunture in China. Yesterday we were packing up Billy Banana's orders, and had a big pile stacked up. Looking at them we thought, wow they would look so cool with a stencilled… So that's what we did. When you order a pink Billy bananas now, you will receive him in one of these custom boxes... How lucky are you!!

BIC are at it again and 2009 could be a huge year for these guys who seem to be really bringing some serious heat. This teaser doesn't give much away..indeed it looks pretty much like prototype shots for the "Bics" but what caught my attention was the list of artists involved in this.

KR April releases

April sees another 8" Dunny following hot on the heels of Jesse Hernandez, this time from South African illustrator Kronk. This slightly sinister (in a good way) "Tree Huggr" Dunny will be out April 9, with 1,000 made and 1 in 12 being a super-light chase version. $75 for you good sir.
