This coming Saturday sees the release of the much anticipated Gardener 110: Crazymichael released at his CrazyXmas show in Times Square, Causeway Bay in Hong Kong. Limited to 500pcs and costing a cool HK$1999 (£165) this is one of very few 12" figure releases since the original custom Gardener series those many years ago. Since then we've seen had the Tom Kids and the Tokyo Tribe figures and the vinyl versions of the Gardener series, but until now we have not seen a Gardener 12" production figure!

We have seen Crazymichael before in smaller versions, most notably at the time of the release of Michaels 'padded' Air Force 1 design for Nike. The AF1's crop up here again here in 1/6 scale. Crazymichael also comes with a small bear called 'YOU'.

Michael Lau is a man who never fails to keep himself at the top of the design tree, nowadays only producing quality figures as and when the mood takes him. We all know that Hot Toys are 'the' 1/6 figure company to work with in that part of the world, so when the 2 collaborate its a very exciting thing!

The £165 price tag is a pretty standard one for Hot Toys and this figure will disappear as quickly as it has arrived on the toy scene. I for one will be doing my best to get my grubby mits on one!
