Talking of scary toys... Based on the life-sized statues that were shown at the coarse solo exhibition at Rotofugi in 2010. These are the start of a new 7" series by Coarse, showcasing their characters in the form of an embryo.

They are going to be available in two colorways, White/blush and White/Sunnyside-yellow.

I usually love Coarse figures. I loved the original Vans figures they made back in the day, and PAW was an awesome figure, but this just takes it a little to far for me. I'm not a collector of babies or dollies - and oh yes these "dollies" include a birth Certificate (Just like the cabbage patch dolls!). They seem well sculpted and produced, which is a given for coarse, but these are a huge fail for me!!! What a shame.

I'm interested to know what the rest of you guys think!

I don't think I need to explain why Coarse Toys have garnered a cult following. And the German duo's illustrations are just as alluring as their toys.

Missed out on coarse toys' first cancan release? Well follow your nose to a brand new "ignited" colorway. Fans of the brand will know that the "ignited" moniker means that this release is cast in vibrant glow-in-the-dark vinyl.
