Toy Art Gallery is proud to present “TxB” featuring the work of T9G and Bwana Spoons. “TxB” has Bwana and T9G customizing, designing, and mashing up each other’s signature characters together in bunch of mediums including paintings, murals, toys, and more!

This super mash up concept extends to production as well, as “TxB” marks the debut of the three unique vinyl figures co-designed by Bwana and T9G, all produced by the Toy Art Gallery. Oh yeeeah.

TxB will also feature individual work from the artists including a new black and white zine from Bwana and a life-size Rangeas from T9G.

Bwana and T9G will land in TAG in person for the  â€œTxB” opening on Saturday , May 26th from 7-11 PM. with a DJ, drinks, and more. Join us at Toy Art Gallery’s new showroom located at 7571 Melrose Ave. Hollywood CA 90046. “TxB” runs through June 9th so get there if you know what's good for ya.

Heres a little extra info about each artist. Bwana's up first and in his own words.

"Hi, my name is Bwana Spoons. I am a painter, and half jack of many other trades. I heart trees, moss, and monsters. I make toys, and design shoes, bust the occasional illustration, or work on an installation. I make art. I own and run Grass Hut Art Market based in Portland Oregon."

T9G is a figure creator based in Tokyo. His backbone as a toy figure sculptor allows him to create his own figures and his doll eyes are an icon of his work.

So there, y'all got the info. Now go to TAG and rock out with your cock out.
