No, no one threw a bunch of Fruity Pebbles on the wall, this is the origami street art of Mademoiselle Maurice. The circles, triangles, hexagons & the NO were all done in France. 

I love how the blue is always folded to look like bubbles. 

Mademoiselle Maurice soon made her way to Asia where she put up beautiful stars.
