Watercolor pencils, colored pencils, pastels, liners, brush pens, metallic pens, graphite pencils, crayons, watercolor brushes, sharpeners, erasers, sandpaper blocks, and water cups... OK, I need to take a breath. Faber-Castell has teamed up with the world's most famous fashion designer, Karl Lagerfeld, to create an enormous box of art supplies.

Dubbed the KarlBox, 350 tools are stored in the drawers of this sleek black box, which is numbered out of a limited edition of 2,500 pieces. The packaging and layout are so nice that I'd be hesitant to even use any of the contents. But if you can get a hold of one of these and work up the nerve to put these pencils to the paper, you're definitely into several years' worth of fun.

Everybody loves shiny stuff, and now you can customize your platform toys with shiny paint from Montana. In my own experience, Montana has the best range of colors and best application of all the spray brands I've tried.
