Canadian artist Dale Dunning creates amazing 3D masks and heads by welding metal type & hardware. Dunning sees "the head as a container to suggest what's percolating underneath" and it's a recurring theme in his work. Using bronze, steel & aluminum, Dunning's vague metal sculptures show no emotion or expression, they communicate through texture.
Check out Dale Dunning's website to see more of his creations.
