Check out these awesomely weird "sound suits" by Nick Cave ( not Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds) but a differently talented Nick Cave. He crafts wearable sculptures from woven hair, found objects, ceramics, metal, and beads and names then based on the noise they make. They look ripe for a toy counter part if you ask me. I think abacus face is my favorite.
