Sculptor AJ Fosik follows no trends. His distinctive wood sculptures look like psychedelic folk art starring an angry mythological beast! It was one of these beasts that graced the cover of Mastodon's The Hunter album in 2011. Fosik has a new exhibit starting November 10th at San Francisco's Guerrero Gallery titled "Lamplighter to the Promised Land". "Lamplighter to the Promised Land" features new work from Fosik and will run November 10th through December 8th.

Opening reception will be November 10th at Guerrero Galley, 7-11pm. Thanks to High Fructose. Additional Photos courtesy of AJ Fosik

Yeah, I'm a total Hesher. I found Black Sabbath when I was 14 and suddenly no other music counted. And even though I don't really listen to Heavy Metal too much anymore, it's still a part of me. I know it's corny but that's what it is alright?
