Patrick Wong Custom Fonzo

FonzoWorld have just unveiled March 2016's Artist of the Month, Patrick Wong. The artist has customized four Fonzo toys - including casting resin bodies- which are now up for sale at the FonzoWorld online store. Using acrylic paint and waterslide decals, he created these puppies-turned-revolutionaries, taking design cues from the flags of Mexico, Venezuela, the US, and France. "For this small series I chose countries to highlight that had a history of revolution, a fight for freedom of some kind. I think it's interesting when designer toys take on serious themes. That's what makes it not for kids." Imagine a Boston Terrier throwing a Molotov through your window. I'd be more impressed than mad.
